Crestview FFA Visits the OSU ATI

College visits are an important start to any student's college career. On Friday, October 7th, the Crestview FFA took a group of 50 students on a visit to the Ohio State University’s ATI campus. To start the tour, students visited the college’s dairy and beef cattle facilities. Next, at the on-site agronomy facility, an autosteer John Deere gator as well as a precision drone were demonstrated. The group was also able to see the campus library, cafeteria, greenhouse, and student housing options. To finish the tour a previous Crestview FFA chapter member, Samantha Oswalt who is currently attending the ATI, gave her personal testimony about life on campus and answered student questions. All the members who attended agreed that the visit was beneficial to them in a number of ways and opened up their minds to new possibilities.
