Officer Retreat 2016

The Crestview FFA Officer team spent July 13th-14th in the chapters classroom. The officers were responsible for developing the chapter's Program of Activities (POA) and discussing ways to improve the chapter as an officer team. The POA is made up of measurable goals and plans for each activity that will be held during the upcoming year, each activity being categorized in the area of either Student, Chapter, or Community Developement. After discussing the past years activities, new activities have been added to the POA to better the chapter. Although most of the time at officer retreat was spent working as a team to complete the chapter's POA, the team also took time out for a sit down meal, allowing the officers to create a further bond for the upcoming year of working together. The hard work and dedication of the officers at this years officer retreat ensures that the chapter will be at its best for the upcoming year.
